Tender rules

JSC 'ZNVKIF New technologies' as a tender organizer places an announcement in the website indicating the subject of a tender, basic requirements for contractors, time limits for submission of applications and addresses at which persons wishing to participate should submit their applications.

Enterprises that have submitted due form applications, necessary documents and met qualification requirements are allowed to participate in a tender.

    Documents necessary to participate in a tender:
  • Commercial offer
  • Draft of a contract
  • Certificate of state registration of a legal person
  • Certificate of a tax payer registration and/or certificate of a value added tax payer registration
  • License (is necessary)

Tender committee examines documents checking whether a pretending company meets qualification requirements.

A record on tender results includes data on:

- a tender subject name;
- date, time and place of tendering;
- number of participants;
- amount of contract;
- name of a tender winner;

A record is signed by tender committee's members and a tender winner.

All tender records are placed on the website of JSC 'ZNVKIF New technologies'.



  • Construction of plants
