Human resource management in JSC 'ZNVKIF New technologies'.


To date, JSC 'ZNVKIF New technologies' employs around 10 thousand staff. The Company pays special attention to the creation of the most comfortable labor conditions for its employees and their provision with the set of social guarantees, benefits and compensations.

Social and employment relationships between employees and management are regulated by current legislation of Ukraine.

With the aim to improve personnel management in JSC 'ZNVKIF New technologies' and its companies a Human resource management policy was developed and approved в 2007. The document is targeted to form an efficient mechanism for personnel administration based on social partnership principles.

In order to provide a material incentive for management staff of JSC 'ZNVKIF New technologies' and major companies, to support efficient development of the companies, a material encouragement program was introduced in 2008 being in action now.




  • Construction of plants

    The project involves the construction of factories for the production of energy pellets as well as ensuring the plant's own raw materials - energy willow.

    Land Fund Project - 2000 ha, the estimated production capacity - 24 000 t / year.

    In 2011, OOO "Nedra Lugansk region" under the "Waste Management" finished work on the restoration of the first stage of Luhansk municipal solid waste landfill, and also completed the preparatory work for the production of biogas at the landfill site.
